What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about personal development and enjoy creating an environment where people can realise their full potential, helping them to set goals and supporting them in achieving them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been coaching and mentoring unofficially for over 30 years. I have supported staff and colleagues in making great career decisions, prepared them for interview, advised on how to cope with challenges etc. After many years of working as an operational/business manager in Local authority and the NHS I decided to do pursue the life coaching course .
