Jamie contacted me straight away when I was searching for someone to clear my Dad’s flat. The circumstances where tough as my Dad passed away in lockdown and we live several hours away, it was the first time since then we were back at the flat. Jamie was great through out the whole process. He kept in touch to confirm a definite time on removal day, him and his brother were spot on time! They were very efficient in the clearance process but also very friendly , respectful and compassionate in their manner. They even offered to hoover at the end !!! Jamie contacted me to discuss the clearance of my Mum’s house. He was pleasant and professional. The price quoted was slightly lower than others we got, but what influenced my decision was that he said he would hoover when the house was empty! I was also able to look on social media and see photos of previous jobs.

He kept in touch with me about dates and Jamie’s team did the clearance. They weren’t fazed by the parking issues and having to let themselves in using a key safe.

He sent me photos through of the completed job and I’m really pleased, the house looks great. Payment was easy to arrange to suit me too.

Jamie and Eddie came this morning to complete a house clearance, they were on time, efficient and very pleasant. After asking for a quote on Bark Jamie phoned very quickly and talked me through the process, he then called round and we discussed terms and when he could do the job, there was never any pressure. We advertised on Bark for house clearance on Saturday and had a call within 15 minutes from Jamie at Murray Auctions. After discussing what we needed we agreed on a price that we were both happy with. As we needed the house to be cleared quickly Jamie kindly rearranged his schedule to accommodate us on the following Monday.

He arrived promptly with the van, which was good as my wife was waiting for them and they cleared the house within about 60 - 70 minutes. There wasn’t a huge amount of stuff but some bulky items and steep stairs. They even brought a hoover to clean up after.

Based on our experience with Murray Auctions I would be more than happy to use them again and am happy to recommend them. More...

What a great company from start to finish arrived early to give quote very reasonable price arrived prompt on day of clearance left the property in clean condition would not hesitate to use them again
