By refining and perfecting my homemade sauces and seasonings with great care and attention to detail.
What do you love most about your job?
I like it when people who have bought my food are satisfied and pleased with their meals. I also want to experiment with new ingredients and create dishes that are not traditionally #carribeanfood, giving them a taste of the #carribeanfood.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During the lockdown, the kids asked me to cook because they weren't satisfied with the food they were buying. My son encouraged me to start cooking and even created a Snapchat account for me. With his help, I gained a following and everything else fell into place.
