What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Information We Need Before We Start Your Printing Project
Project Overview & Objectives
What We Need: A clear description of your printing project—including the type of printed materials (e.g., business cards, brochures, posters, flyers), quantities, dimensions, and the overall aesthetic or message you wish to convey.
Why It Helps: Understanding your vision and key deliverables ensures we are aligned from the start and can tailor our printing solutions to your specific needs.
Design & Artwork Details
What We Need: Information on whether you have ready-to-print artwork, design files in industry-standard formats (such as PDF, AI, or EPS), or if you require design assistance. Please include any brand guidelines, logos, or previous designs that need to be incorporated.
Why It Helps: This clarifies whether the project involves just printing or if design services are also needed, ensuring we meet quality and brand consistency expectations.
Budget & Payment Terms
What We Need: An understanding of your budget range for the project and your preferred payment schedule or terms.
Why It Helps: Knowing your financial framework upfront allows us to propose solutions that are both high quality and cost-effective, avoiding any surprises later on.
Timeline & Delivery Requirements
What We Need: Details of any specific deadlines, production milestones, or delivery dates, including proof approvals before mass printing.
Why It Helps: This helps us schedule the production process effectively, ensuring that your materials are ready when you need them and that any potential issues are addressed in time.
Material & Finishing Preferences
What We Need: Information about the type of paper (e.g., gloss, matte, recycled), weight, finishes (such as UV coating, laminating, foiling), binding or folding options, and any other special requirements you have in mind.
Why It Helps: This ensures that the final printed product meets your tactile and visual expectations, maintaining consistency with your brand identity.
Technical Specifications
What We Need: Details on technical aspects such as required bleeds, trim sizes, image resolution, color profiles (e.g., CMYK), and any approval formats you might require before the full print run.
Why It Helps: Providing these details from the start minimizes risks of production errors and ensures that the final outcome is of professional quality.
Communication Preferences
What We Need: Your mobile number, email, key contacts for the project, and expectations regarding progress updates and revisions.
Why It Helps: Establishing clear communication channels helps us keep you informed, manage any changes efficiently, and ensure that your vision is maintained throughout the process.

What do you love most about your job?
1. Turning Ideas into Tangible Art
There’s magic in holding a freshly printed design—whether it’s a foil-stamped business card, a glossy brochure, or eco-friendly packaging. Digital is fleeting, but print demands attention and stays in people’s hands.
2. Solving Creative Puzzles
Every project is a challenge:
“How do we make this fold stand out?”
“Which paper stock screams ‘luxury’?”
“Can we print this neon pink perfectly?”
The thrill of nailing it never gets old.
3. The SMELL of Print (Yes, Really!)
Ink on paper, the hum of a press running, even the snap of a perfectly trimmed edge—it’s sensory joy.
4. Helping Brands Shine
When a client gasps at their new packaging or a salon’s loyalty cards fly off the counter, that’s the win. Print isn’t just paper—it’s profit, pride, and presence.
5. The Future is Hybrid
Merging print with digital (QR codes, AR, NFC) keeps it alive and kicking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Why I Started My Print Business
1. Frustration with "Good Enough"
I saw too many businesses settle for cheap, flimsy printwork that faded or misrepresented their brand. I wanted to deliver craftsmanship—where every texture, color, and cut feels intentional.
2. Love for Tangible Marketing
In a digital world, I believed (and still do!) that print has unmatched power. A stunning business card, luxe packaging, or a cleverly folded mailer can make people stop, touch, and remember.
3. The Thrill of Problem-Solving
Print is a puzzle—matching Pantone colors, engineering die-cuts, or finding eco-friendly inks. I started this business to be the "MacGyver of Print" for clients.
4. Empowering Small Businesses
I watched a local bakery’s sales jump 40% after we redesigned their pastry boxes. That moment cemented it: print isn’t just paper—it’s profit.
5. Control Over Quality
Corporate printers often cut corners. I wanted a place where detail-obsessed clients (like you!) could get fast, flawless, and fuss-free service.
Why should our clients choose you?
The Mission
To make print strategic, not just pretty—so every piece:
✔ Works harder (e.g., QR codes on brochures).
✔ Wastes less (recycled materials, smarter formats).
✔ Wows every time.
