Used to be good when Mike worked for them, now unresponsive when repair needed. Two months after reporting fault I’m fed up with being fobbed off and cancelled appointments and no response. 3 year guarantee worthless AVOID!

Hi, Jill Sorry i have not been down to see you i have tried sorting it out over the phone but my wife is in hospital and as we are family run we are all very worried at this time, many problems we get is people changing their phones or broadband which does not come under warranty but when we are in the area will come to help them out. i believe i did tell you the situation and will contact you to sort it out but my mind is on other things at this moment. Quick response nice to talk to and the price was right for me.

Very quick response and turn around. We are due to have a full system fitted on Thursday. Very reasonably priced and great customer service.

They gave me a quote for a security system which I did not want, I actually wanted a CCTV system, so did not use them.

Further to my comment below;
As a first time user of cctv I needed consultation before installation, however Mike has been most helpful after our initial glitch.

great team very efficient and clean worker would not have any problems recommending them.

If you want aftercare then don't use these people.
I have been trying for 3 weeks to get assistance. They keep promising to call back but don't.
The system they installed is useless and not fit for purpose.
The hard drive is not recognised so cannot setup.
No training given and no help either.
If I could score lower than one star I would.

The issue was a faulty hard drive which we ordered with our supplier, however it took longer in shipping due to stock shortages. As soon as the drive arrived we returned and rectified the problem. This was a one off situation, intrinsic side effects of the pandemic/brexit. We are sorry it took longer than we hoped. Regards, S. Richards.

Good service and cameras installed well, although disappointed I was not given any form of receipt, even though I’ve requested one (no response) so I’m not holding out on any promise of a three year guarantee.

receipt was posted a couple of weeks after installation due to printers being busy,3 year gaurantee was not effected in any way.

Replied very quickly estimation next day installed withing a week 5 🌟 all the way

Arrived bang on time, and within 4 hours I had a functioning 4 camera cctv system installed and demonstrated. My only problem was with the spotlights integral with the cameras to give full colour at night, I asked if the lights could be turned off as There is adequate street lighting on two sides.
