MPK Man and Van Services recently helped me move. As I had not moved home in a long time, I found the whole process quite daunting. Chris carried out an in-person consultation and clearly explained everything to me. He also advised on the best way to pack and prepare for the move. On the day, Chris and Tristan were very efficient. They first dismantled some furniture and then securely packed everything ready for transport. We used Chris for moving house and were not disappointed. They have moving insurance which is more significant than goods in transit insurance, the guys were on time, proffesional and attentive, took their shoes off were required and didnt damage anything. Unfortunately the inventory I provided was not accurate enough and we did not fit into the Luton the guys were driving that day. Despite this they were positive tried to sort us alternative transport, and when I had to hire an extra van did not complain and helped us load and unload a lot more than what they had quoted for. Other providers submitted an initial quote for the same job but then increased the price dramatically once we started discussing the logistics in spite of the fact that I had already provided all of the necessary information. Chris submitted a quote for the job that was, initially, a bit higher than most of the others but he stuck to it. He communicated well the sender and myself (the receiver), managing the pick up and drop off to suit our needs and keeping us fully informed at all times.
