I teach my clients how to move correctly and efficiently in order to live pain free, feeld great and look youthful.
I focus promarly on spinal allignment and spinal control as well as shoulder and hip mobility/stability. With those fundamentals in place body will be able to benefit from more advanced training routines.

I have been seeing Pawel for over a year and I can genuinely say I look forward to all of our sessions and have seen a massive difference in my own fitness journey. Pawel isn't the trainer who stands over and you and just makes you do the same session every week whilst counting reps, he understands your goals, your physique, he knows when to push you and when to give you space. He always makes training challenging yet somehow also enjoyable. Not only that he's knowledgeable in so many areas such as strength, nutrition, anatomy and performance. I always start by teaching spinal conrol.
Simultaneously I will be helping you develop healthier nutritional habbits. The body will start cleansing and the comunication between the brain and muscles will improve resulting in correct, more deliberate and confident movement. Its all fun from there and ill be there to watch you thrive!

Why work for someone if you have nothing to learn from them? I have mentors, but you definitely don’t find them in a commercial gyms ?‍♂️

Because I love what I do and I’ve got the ability to focus very deeply on your body and its needs. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients from different backgrounds, diferent ages and various goals over two decades. Im a very rare find ?
