Ed the Amazing coach! This guy is so knowledgeable on all things fitness and as a woman I can tell you he was patient but he knew just when to give me that extra push I needed. I can do challenging exercises I never thought I would be able to do now and I look forward to every workout session with Edwin. I love how strong I feel and how my body is transforming. Edwin is an amazing coach to work with! I used to wake up at 5:30 am just to be sure to attend the class he was coaching. To this day he is the only coach I would wake up that early for ! He is very knowledgeable on lifts and movements and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He also has a great personality which makes the workout that much more enjoyable. I have a variety of programmes catering to my different clients. I have beginner resistance training programmes, sports performance programmes, programmes to help rehabilitate hips and knees and complete beginner programmes to help you get moving and into exercise, perhaps for the first time.

The flexibility and working one-to-one with people, helping them to achieve their fitness and health goals one small step at a time.

I was a fully qualified Maths Teacher but needed more work flexibility to support my wife and family.

I have a love for fitness and sharing my extensive knowledge which ranges more broadly than most Personal Trainers across Strength and Endurance.

I offer a full online health and fitness program with regular check-ins included with clients.

I have a fully equipped outdoor gym which I prefer to use. Hygiene is key with equipment. Online coaching is also 100% COVID-19 safe!!!
