I can’t recommend Mo highly enough! I’d been struggling with persistent middle back pain for a couple of weeks after tweaking something while using the leg press. It was frustrating and affecting my workouts. Mo took the time to not only listen to exactly what happened but immediately identified the root cause and showed me a simple yet highly effective exercise to relieve it. Honestly, it felt like a miracle - within a day or two, I was back to normal and training pain-free.

What sets Mo apart is his expertise and attentiveness. He’s always on hand, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping you get the best out of your training while staying injury-free. I’ve been training with Moh for a few months now , and I can honestly say it’s been a transformative experience. From the start, he took the time to understand my goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations, which made every session feel tailored specifically for me.

What sets Moh apart is his ability to make each workout challenging yet achievable. I’ve seen consistent progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness, thanks to his carefully planned sessions. I was feeling for some time that my progress in the gym was very slow and I was keen to get expert advice on how to improve my balance and increase my strength in particular so I approached Coach Mo for some coaching.

We immediately got on well. He understood what I was finding difficult and why. We worked together on strategies to improve the above issues.

Coach Mo is very professional and has has great personal skills. He is a good teacher. He explains clearly how I should perform the exercises and how to use the machines safely.

He is encouraging and gives praise when appropriate. I have had coaches before but I consider Coach Mo to be one of the best of the best and thank him for his knowledge and support.
