What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of being able to alleviate a clients' discomfort, pain or stress through holistic treatments and also to give them some time for themselves and to help them feel better about themselves through beauty treatments.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved giving massage and reflexology and hated working in an office and travelling long hours to and from work in London

Most of my clients have been with me a long time and I receive a lot of word of mouth referrals. Some of my clients have become friends over the years and I like to think that I can offer satisfactory treatments in a relaxed and informal, yet professional atmosphere
Reflexology
Your feet are a map of your whole body - according to ancient Chinese history - It is very relaxing and rehabilitating and is an ideal treatment for anyone especial those of limited mobility, recovering from an operation or illness or just those who are not keen on a massage. It can be used on recovering cancer patients ( not if undertaking Chemo) can be taken during the middle trimester of pregnancy and to aid relaxation and pain relief during labour.
