I offer online coaching services.
This service doesn't restrict any of my clients, in fact, this helps bring out the most committed clients because of the weekly check-ins. All clients are guided through each exercise and aren't neglected in the kitchen.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and showing up on your down days! Not every day will be the same, we're all human and life happens, but sometimes turning up even if you're having a bad day is the difference between you dreaming of your body goal and you living in your body goal.

Yes, sessions are performed online via my app which each client is required to download at the start of the service. All clients will have constant contact with me every week to make sure they're on track.
