Took my iPhone in because the earpiece was quiet I rang up and explained the problem and they booked me appt same day. Took them less than an hour to fix it and now my phone works perfect for a fraction of the price apple was asking for. The guys even gave me a few tempered glass screen protector (worth almost£10) really happy with this service and I know if anything goes wrong they'll be more than willing to help:-). Staff is disaster! Selling 2nd quality shit from China when mention that changing to original details. I can't understand how you can charge like a original part and give copies from China? When you need replacing and maintain your services you go to my that I'm off a warranty. Staff talks like a new this situation many times. If you run business like this - it's be short term project. i brought my iphone 5s in for just a screen repair and that was done but they also have changed the camera and sensor considering that was working when we took the phone in there was no need for it and they have done somthing with the battery is it now no longer holds charge. and tge screen is faulty and they wont do anything about it most days i cant even look on my phone or use it because its froozen and the screen goes pixelated this is discusting i will never recomend this place More...

I visited this store for a replacement screen which cost £55 (apparently a special offer just for me). They claim this would be done in a few hours however it took 2 days for me to get the phone back. Within 1 hour of receiving my phone with a new screen the screen came loose from the housing and i was advised to bring it back. After another day without my phone i got a call from these amateurs to collect my phone and they guaranteed the screen would not come loose as they have now SUPER GLUED the screen to the housing. Within a few hours i noticed two dead pixels within the screen which to me wasn't a big deal so i did not bother taking it back as i could not do without my phone for another day. Within a week the screen had a ink leak internally so i rang Malik to explain the problem which i thought would be covered by their so called 3 year warranty. To my surprise this sort of internal damage would not be covered and i was told to pay for a replacement. After i told the very polite old Malik i would report his sham trading to trading standards i was told to "F**k off" repeatedly. I then took my phone to a apple store who advised me that the screen installed was actually a cheap replica from China hence why the screen pixels failed. They also checked the screen outside in direct sunlight and even on the highest brightness level setting the screen was not visible when it should be. I again phoned Malik and he said he did not state the screen would be a legit screen when he sold it and that i assumed it would be legit and he happily mentioned it was a replica. I am now left £55 out of pocket with a fake screen with a big blob of ink in it. I told Malik i would report his sham trading to trading standards which he then threatened he would leak my private information (photos and text messages) on my phone to the public as he had copied my entire phone to his hard drive. Malik just to let you know i am not scared of you and WILL REPORT YOU TO TRADING STANDARDS. AVOID THESE COWBOYS YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT LIKE I DO. More...
