I recently attended a PT session in Shetland with Shauna. I have a shoulder injury and she adapted the whole workout to my injury and made sure i got some benefits from the session even tho i was extremely limited in movement. After finishing the rugby season, and doing weights mainly by my self i was in abit of a rut, gym boredom had set in and i was going through the motions. Signed up for a 6 week program with Moar Coaching. Ended up enjoying it so much that i did 14 weeks all together, and broke PR's in deadlift, squat and bench. She made easy to follow programs, so i knew exactly what i was suppose to do each session. Gave me alot of good form advice, that massively helped technique and lifts. She also identified weak spots in my lifts and programmed assistance exercises accordingly to rectify these week points. Along with some timed challenges and varying excercises, it reignited my motivation in the gym and gave me lots to work on. Small group training only and limits on how many people train at one time to avoid overcrowding. Moar Coaching’s owner Shauna is a highly experienced strongwoman athlete with a huge variety of knowledge and experience covering many areas.

I offer individually tailored online coaching workout plans. The workouts can be done at home, at Moar Coaching, or at any gym. I also offer nutrition support and weight management as an optional add on.
