A job well done and in the hands of people who know what they are doing. Advice was given on how to present the proof. In my mind I already had a picture of what I wanted to do. .. However, after Zohaib advised me, what became clear is how it was actually supposed to be put together, and the way it needed to be presented. Correct supporting documents, a professional representation letter, careful step by step help via email and double checking to avoid errors on the final version submitted. Zohaib tried his utmost best to respond straight away, or at least before he left the office at the end of the day on a busy day.
