There is no secret. The key is consistency. The problem most people face is that they want quick results or go over train too quickly and give up. Here at Mistry Of fitness we set realistic goals and help keep you accountable to make sure you stay on track.

The best thing about my Job is that I get to meet people all with different goals, but the same mindset that they want to better themselves Phyically, nutritionally mentally, socially and spiritually. And seeing these people achieve their goals is why I have been doing this for 10 years.

To me, fitness isn’t about six-packs or lifting the heaviest weights—it’s about feeling confident, strong, and healthy in your body and mind. It's about not running out of breath when playing with your kids, walking up the stairs pain-free, looking at yourself in the mirror and being able to smile and feel happy with how you look and feel.

I had always been a skinny guy, having been bullied, and suffering from depression and a lack of self-confidence in the past, but fitness gave me the tools to grow stronger in every way.
