A first for them. a lock that was 19yrs old! No spare parts, no alternative, jammed! Took the lock apart went to Liverpool to find something suitable. Found what they were looking for and managed to get the door secured. Patient and polite. Reasonable price. More...

Incredibly quick response and very flexible on negotiating the time the work could be done.
They arrived exactly on time, kept us informed during the process (which turned out to be more complicated than they had thought), were extremely pleasant to work with and did not increase the very reasonable charge in view of the extra work.
I could not recommend them more highly.
