My experience ranges from working with individuals in small domestic disputes to working with international companies in multi-party disputes.
I have practised as a barrister in the U.K. for the last 20 years and am particularly known for setting parties at ease, my approachability and my ability to effectively communicate or relay complex legal issues and/or procedures.

It was a pleasure working with Cynthia. Her broad experience and excellent communication skills helped to defuse my situation and negotiate an agreement outside of a court order, which was a much better deal than I was expecting. Well worth the money.

What do you love most about your job?
I still love meeting new people from different walks of life and empowering them legally in ways they never considered possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to work for myself and securing a legacy has always been important to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring 20 years legal experience as a barrister (lawyer with a white wig) but am also looking for a solutions or resolutions at each stage. When people choose me they realise that they are bringing 3 professions together to their legal problem - lawyer, mediator and legal coach. Most lawyers bring one of those things!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide services both remotely and in person in the UK.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This is not as essential now as it once was but I have always offered a remote opportunity to my mediations so that they are online aswell as in person. Whatever my case or dispute I want the clients to feel as comfortable as they can in the circumstances this does not only apply to Covid-19 but their demeanour, engagement and performance as a whole.
