What do you love most about your job?
I love working with patients to better understand their medical issues. I love the light bulb realisation moment when we work out why they're getting pain, or why they can't sleep or why they can't lose weight. I aim to simplify the medicine so it's easier for patients to get involved and find ways to improve their wellbeing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted give more to my patients! Working in the NHS, I am aware of the frustrations my patients face with long waiting times, rushed appts and easily lost to follow-up. I want to provide a personalised approach where I am able to spend more time with my patients, listen to their concerns and work with them to formulate a plan that suits them.
Why should our clients choose you?
For 3 reasons:
1) All my appts are at least 30mins - because health concerns cannot be rushed
2) Patient safety: I studied and trained in the UK and always make sure I follow guidelines and the latest evidence. I am also able to advise alternative medicine where appropriate and when it suits my patients (such as acupuncture and cupping)
3) Transparency: I believe cost transparency is the best policy and hence will always be clear when additional costs are involved.

Yes - most of my online work is out of hours and so suits a lot of patients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer covid swabs for anyone coming to see us with coughs and colds. It's important we stay safe and protect everyone.

Health MOT Check-ups
This is ideal for annual full-boxy health checks. This is a 30mins appt where we perform extensive physical examination, biometrics, On-the-day blood results and address any ongoing health concerns.

Hypertension
Cardiovascular risk score
Metabolic Syndrome
Prostate & Testicular checks (for men > 45 years)
Screen for mental health and sleep issues
We formulate a healthy-living plan until the following check-up.
Phlebotomy

3) We send you home testing kits
