What do you love most about your job?
All cleaning companies use the same type of equipment, materials and chemicals, the only way that we can offer a better service is to invest in our staff, make the workplace as welcoming as possible and support them. Happy staff will deliver a better service. We are only as good as the people who work with us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in corporate environments for 30 years which prepared me well for what I am doing now. However, I reached a point in my career where most of time spent was in meetings and not really spending time with staff and clients. Activities became very internal focused. Having my own business has changed all that. I am much closer to my staff and clients now and happy for that.
Why should our clients choose you?
Minster Edinburgh is part of the biggest cleaning franchise in the UK since 1994. We are all owners of our individual branches and whatever is promised during the sales process must also be delivered by us in operations.
