Sarah has really helped me with not only my fitness journey but with my mental health journey too. I first found Sarah online after desperately searching for someone who could help me. I was having such a hard time and felt like I'd lost control. My husband is having chemotherapy and I want to be the most attentive and supportive wife I can be whilst myself suffering from multiple sclerosis and (at the time) undiagnosed ADHD. I was in a constant state of anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and using food to cope. I have always struggled with my weight and emotional eating but this was snowballing!

Sarah was kind and understanding from the word go. She really took onboard everything I had going on and helped me make changes that were both possible in the first place but that I could also maintain. She understood that I come home from work exhausted and that I wasn't going to be spending lots of time cooking and exercising (not in any long-term, sustainable way anyway). She also understood that at times I have to pull back from exercise so as not to exasperate any MS symptoms.

Sarah gave me tools to tackle sugar addiction. These tools are working very well and I will continue using them forever! I have also gradually reduced my intake of processed food, an ongoing process with no harsh set meal plans which would be too difficult to follow at this point in time. I have lost about half a stone and it hasn't been stressful at all.

Sarah sent me workouts which focused on strength. They are short and high intensity meaning I can fit them in on my lunch hour from work and still feel like I've had a really thorough workout. This way of exercising has been a revelation. I never thought I could get enough of a workout in on my lunch hour. This frees up my evenings to be with my husband which is where I really want to be and I still feel stronger than ever. Sarah has me feeling stronger than I did a decade ago when I was first diagnosed with MS!!
