This company have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was recommended Mill blinds on a Facebook group for kitchen blinds and got in contact right away with them. First exchanges where good, the asked for the measurements - length and number of blinds as I was replacing ones there. I chose the colour and they advised the blinds will be with my the next day . I doubled checked the measurements again including the width and that was when they advised the it would take 10days. I said no worries happy to wait. Fast forward 2 weeks I had no contact from them so I reached out and asked if we had a date doe delivered they said 10 days ... I advised it’s past the 10 days. No response. 2 weeks later chased again no response, I asked could I just know when if the order is on its way so I know if I need to go else where. I get there are delays due to COVID just a response would be nice. A few weeks later Chased again they said they would call me so have my number again.... nothing no phone call. This was February ... I’m still waiting for my blinds .... guessing they aren’t coming. More...

I had 3 blinds fitted today I only had them measured on Saturday so really fast turnaround Would recommend them to anyone My parents are having all there windows changed so they will be using mills to have blinds fitted

Pleased with the blinds I had fitted today. I did have an error with one set arriving to small but it was rectified and the blind was up within a couple of hours. Extremely happy with the service I received from Matty, who went out of his way to do a great job. I would highly recommend. More...
