So happy with Jermaine and his team and their sterling work for me yesterday... For various reasons my son and wife had stopped coping with domestic chores and the problem had become too much, therefore ignored. We are a domestic abuse refuge called Contento Social Homes in Birmingham, our 16 bed HMO's carpets needed cleaning, we got in touch and they visited us on the same day, evaluated the building and gave us our quote with the dates they are free (same week) within one day they booked us in and did a wonderful job! This guy Jermaine Johnson came to clean my carpet and after the service was done, there were many dark marks appearing on the carpet which looks horrible. I have googled it and this was actually called "wicking" or "brownout" due to unprofessional washing such as overweening or use unclean detergent. He claimed that this was because the carpet was really dirty. He has followed the procedure and there is nothing he can do. He refunded my money eventually but my carpet was destroyed and it costed me a fortune to replace a new one! I have further consulted several carpet cleaning companies and they all confirm with same messages, he did not do it properly, did not use right chemicals or machine and it is nothing to do with the conditions the carpet. Please be cautious about this company if you don't want your carpet to be ruined. More...

Midlands carpet cleaners to our new bathroom had left a visible, probably glue residue pathway on our less than three years old 80% wool carpets through our bedroom, landing and stairs. We asked Midlands carpet cleaners advice and Jermaine came a few hours later, measured what was to be cleaned, gave us a very reasonable price and then magicked the route away.
