Excellent service no words to describe how grateful I am for Mid Ulster property solutions . We had a very bad few days of rain, the water was coming through the sealing lights it was horrendous , the boss came around taken a look advices us to replace the roof as it was installed in the 1970’s we liked the professionalism and the detailed quote provided so we began the work. All work was completed within 2 days as promised and we couldn’t be any happier no more leaks and a stunning new roof with 15 year guarantee. Big thank you to the team for all there hard work. It is with pleasure that I write a review for Mid Ulster property solutions .They built a wall at the front of my house and also tiled some outside steps.
They were professional and reliable at all times right from the first communication. They arrived at 8am and worked tirelessly through to 5pm. The wall and tiling was completed in one day.
They came back at a later date and tiled a porch for me. This work was also done professionally and efficiently. I am delighted with the standard of the work. Many neighbours, family and friends have remarked how well the wall and tiling looks. I feel very lucky to have found terry and his team through doing a random internet search as it is not easy to find true professionals.
The excellent reviews on their website helped me to make my decision.
I am very grateful for the fantastic job that they have done, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Been a total pleasure having Terry and his team 're-roofing our home. From the initial contact by phone, to Terry calling round (right when he said he would) to give us a quote there has pressure but a lot of
information about what they were doing from day to day.
He showed videos and stills at " each stage of the work to ensure we were happy with their work as it progressed.

My neighbour informed me regarding a couple of tiles that had become detached and slid into my guttering. I went to Google and searched for Roofers and I chose two companies that seemed to have decent reviews / feedback.
After a couple of quotes I decided to go with Mid Ulster Solutions Ltd, they were the cheapest for the same work. So how did they perform....
They turned up when the said the would, organised scaffolding, completed the prescribed works on time, tidied up all their mess. The work was of a high standard Terry and the team who were the main guys working on my place, were simply incredibly hard workers. From start to finish the whole issue was resolved within 4 days. Based on my experience I would recommend this company a will certainly consider for any future works.

We are so impressed with our new driveway!
Upon contacting Terry, he visited twice to measure up and talk through different options.
Him and his team were so efficient; it only took two days to complete our driveway which is about 9m x 6m; Day one they dug up our old driveway, garden wall, and grassed area before laying the block paving the following day along with a new fence.

Our maintenance and repair contracts are usually Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & General roofing repair or coating – each are where a combination of planning ahead, budgeting and timing is a critical focus.
Roof Maintenance isn't just applicable to new roofs, though, and we recommend that all roofs should be subject to maintenance, especially after repair work to stop leaks has been carried out.
Block paving
We are block paving specialists covering Mid Ulster and surrounding areas. We have built our reputation upon delivering top quality workmanship to our clients backed up by our outstanding customer service skills.
We can extend existing driveway paving, block paving and garden paving. New block paving installations or we can replace your old block paved area. We can add Aco drains, block paving steps, edging kerbs, dropped kerbs and custom designed paving patterns.
Tarmac
We can provide you with multiple choices on installation ranging from style to combinations of materials. Combine your tarmac driveway with a paved apron, hand laid granite border set or a brick on edge. Add a pattern to the middle of your tarmac driveway. We can run through various design options during our free quotation.
All tarmac driveways are installed to industry standards. With a new 6 inch base added which is always machine rolled. Minimum of a 3 inch compressed tarmac finish on top
Paths and patios
Patios can be laid with block paving, Natural stone slabs, concrete slabs or can be designed to incorporate various paving materials to create a patio as an outdoor living area. We can work with your design or create a design with you.
