Life Coaching
We get great results working with individuals and small teams.
On a one-to-one basis you set the agenda and we'll work with you so that you can identify your objectives and then make the changes you wish to make.
Group coaching is often part of one of our programmes, so there is a broad agenda pre-set for the coaching and room to focus on issues relevant to the small group. We find people learn a great deal from listening to others' issues and thought processes as well as working through their own.
