I am a therapist working online. I qualified as an integrative therapist 2 years ago and have now started my own private practice after working as a volunteer therapist during and following my training. What do you love most about your job?
I've been in therapy myself and found it had such a significant impact on my own life. I really value being a part of my clients journeys and witnessing the moments where things 'click'.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working with clients for 3 years now, both as a student and then volunteer therapist. I wanted to branch out into private practice as it gives me more control over my diary and my time.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am calm, consistent and welcoming. I really respect my clients lives and understand how hard it can be to come to therapy, let alone talk about the things that might be bothering them. Clients have told me I'm a good listener and ask helpful questions. Alongside my experience as a therapist, I have over 12 years experience working with vulnerable children and adults, supporting them to navigate trauma and find a sense of safety.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
At the moment I work online only. I am based in London but am happy to work with clients across the UK. I have professional indemnity insurance which also allows me to work with you if you are travelling overseas (provided you are habitually resident in the UK)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We will work online only so do not need to consider precautions.
Online therapy
I offer weekly therapy online via Google Meet. Sessions last for 50 minutes.
