About

I am a strength coach with a background of work in a number of sports, and also hold a Level 4 qualification in strength and conditioning. This means I can apply the science side of training, giving you the best support possible, whilst also relating and understanding that you are a person as well as an athlete.

Q&As

By using regular communication, I can ensure you will be on the path to achieving your goals. I ensure my clients have everything they need for a successful session, including video demonstrations of each exercise, communication with myself, and input on what they feel they would benefit from most in order to keep them disciplined and consistent.

The secret is that there is no secret, it's just hard work. If you can give me commitment, resilience, and drive, then I can give you results. The best way to get the body of your dreams is to work for it.

I love seeing the mental change in my clients. For many, they come to me with the goal of losing weight and thinking this will make them happy. However, I would say that 90% of my long term clients have gone from wanting to lose weight to wanting to feel stronger and healthier in their bodies and day to day life. Many clients now feel confident enough to wear the clothes they want to wear, train in areas of the gym they would have otherwise ignored, and feel much more strong and mobile during their day to day life.

Working for a corporate gym, I had no say in the pricing of PT, which meant it was wildly inaccessible for a large percentage of the population. This didn't sit right with me, as I felt that hiring a Personal Trainer and having the ability to be supported in your fitness journey shouldn't be considered a luxury, and that it should be available to more people.

I compete in powerlifting, having come second at North West Championships within my first year of competitive powerlifting. I have played many other sports, so the idea of constantly moving and wanting to be better is second nature to me. I have worked with clients with many different goals, from wanting to compete in Strongman to wanting to feel stronger when in the garden at home. To me, no goal is more important than another, and I work my absolute hardest to ensure you feel important and heard whilst we work towards your results.

I provide both online and in-person sessions.

Online coaching is £60 for general fitness goals, and £80 for those wanting to compete in a particular sport. The reason for the price disparity is because I will do everything in my power to attend my client's competitions, so the extra money helps to cover travel and expenses.

Both services receive the following:
- Personalised program that is designed around you and your goals
- Weekly check ins
- COMING SOON access to a spreadsheet with everything you could possibly need/want to track
- Calls at the end of each block to ensure that your next block of training is designed to work with you

I was not working before COVID-19, however the gym where I am based has cleaning measured in place to ensure all members and clients are in a safe environment, physically and emotionally
