What do you love most about your job?
I love being a counsellor supporting people on their own mental health journey. I specialise in grief as I work at a hospice and also maternal mental health, miscarriage and baby loss recently completing the SANDS professional course.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always dreamed of my own counselling practice and I feel happy to have achieved this and three years on it is growing.
Why should our clients choose you?
I’m an empathic, friendly and our counselling sessions are at your own pace only covering what matters to you. I’m not here to judge or give opinions but I’m here to gently listen and support through your difficult journey. This can be given through providing you with your own mental health kit to take away and use.

Yes I can provide telephone counselling and online counselling by using Microsoft teams. It is all confidential and secure.
