Minesh and his team catered our Mehndi party in Leicester (70 guests) and wedding in Surrey (200 guests) earlier this year.
We engaged Minesh around 8 months before the wedding and started with a taster session at his venue The Piano Rooms. It was tailored to dishes we had requested as potential wedding menu items which helped our decision making greatly. Once we engaged Minesh we kicked off with a site visit and walk around with the venue owners. I found Minesh to be very thorough in his questions to ensure we covered all bases. Shortly afterwards we finalised the menus and running order of the day (this changed a few times but he was very patient!).

They were catering the whole days menu which included the welcome chai and snacks, canapé starters and full sit down reception meal. They also handled the pre-reception drinks service as well as dinner drinks service. I enjoyed working with Minesh and found him thorough, patient with our changes, and incredibly helpful, even resolving last-minute issues. These traits are so important and make a huge difference when you’re managing a full day with multiple suppliers. He and his chef also took on board all the minor tweaks we had requested for our taste and preferences.

On the day our guests raved about the food. It was tasty, served on time with the catering staff attentive to all requests. I highly recommend Minesh and his team for any catering opportunities. More...
