Electrical Inspections & PAT Testing
Just want to say how simple it was getting the electrics tested in the property I was purchasing.
Kevin got in touch with me and confirmed everything such as dates and timescales for the report.
He then sent the report over very quickly.
Nice that he took the time to message me a few days later ti check that I didn’t have any questions.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending many years in a completely different industry. I was frustrated by the lack of reliability and poor customer service I experienced when trying to source tradesmen so I decided to bring everything I learnt from my previous industry and retrain as an Electrician. After completing all the required exams & assessments, I'm fully competent, experienced & insured to help with your next electrical project!

I am happy to provide quotes and discuss the customers requirements remotely. I can rely on images and videos to give the customer a reasonably accurate price. There may be times where I may need to make some assumptions but I will make this clear to the customer when providing the quote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I appreciate that COVID 19 has impacted us all and everyone has a different comfort levels so we will check with the customer beforehand whether anyone is displaying symptoms and ask whether they want us to wear a mask when we are on site.
New Sockets, Switches, Light fittings
Whether you're looking for a few more sockets in each room or looking to add or move a light switch or light fitting. I've got you covered.
EICR / Landlord Safety Certificate
Electrical Installation Condition Reports are required for rented properties every 5 years as a mandatory requirement and are recommended on change of tenancy in Wales. An EICR is a full inspection and test of the Electrical Installation within the property and generally take at least 4 hours to complete depending on the size of the property. They are useful if you are purchasing a new home.
PAT Testing
Portable Appliance Testing essentially tests anything with a plug to make sure it works without fault. PAT certificates are issued on completion.
Partial or Full Rewire
Partial or Full Rewires are required if your existing installation is unsafe to remain in service. As cables age, the insulation breaks down to a point where it becomes unsafe.
Rewires could also be required as a result of building extensions, loft conversions or where damage has been caused by fire or flood.
All rewires require a certificate on completion.
TV Mounting Service
Very popular at the moment because of the amount of floor space you can save. It also looks super modern. We can help with giving your room that WOW factor, we specialise in adding an extra double socket behind the TV to give your flat screen that 'no cable' clean look.
