Maxine was recommended to us by a friend when we were looking for wedding photography, we were not disappointed! From the outset, Maxine was incredibly friendly, flexible and understanding of what we were looking for and her packages gave an option for all budgets and needs - we knew immediately that we had found our photographer! In the run up, Maxine made sure she knew exactly what we wanted from our photos and how to achieve it. On the day, Maxine completely blended in, we barely noticed her as she moved around the venue capturing our day perfectly. We were shown a couple of beautiful images the day after our wedding, which was a lovely surprise! We were absolutely delighted when we received the full image package which beautiful and captured our day in the natural way we had hoped, Maxine even sent us a few prints with the usb and gorgeous storage box! Maxine was amazing, she managed to do all the shots we wanted, as well as way more. She also asked the venue to be able to do other shots that we hadn't thought of, but came out really effective. She is also super friendly and personable, which is especially lovely when you have a wedding as small as ours (10 people) as she felt like one of the guests even more. More...

Maxine captured our wedding today. She was really friendly, always busy clicking away, talking and laughing with us and putting me and my partner at ease. she directed us beautifully. Even though I have not seen all the pictures yet, I have absolutely fallen in love with the ones she sent over within 8hours of the ceremony! I have seen a number of therapists in my time and this was the first time that I've tried life coaching. Helen was welcoming from the first visit with her and made me feel so relaxed. I never once felt like I was being observed like I have felt with some providers, it just felt like a conversation with a friend who had some great advise and amazing listening skills. I feel understood when I go to her, which is something I miss in my day to day life. I hope she never moves because I'll have to follow her! There isn't another individual like her in the world!! What can I say? Maxine made the whole process stress free and enjoyable from start to finish. I'm someone who is generally self-conscious in front of a camera but Maxine made you feel so comfortable and at ease that you hardly knew she was there. She captured every moment of our day perfectly with a great balance of formal and more natural photographs. Her photographs really captured the essence of the day from start to finish. There are so many amazing photographs that choosing ones to go in our album was no mean feat. I could easily have included them all.

Maxine and her co-shooter Glyn photographed our wedding in June this year. From start to finish Maxine has been nothing but amazing to deal with. She's a great communicator which made all the planning so easy but more importantly her photography is something else! Maxine and Glyn captured all the amazing moments of the day but they did so in a very subtle way so at times you hardly even knew they were taking photos.
