I booked this tutor through Bark and paid £900 in advance for 60 lessons.
Around 3/4 of the lessons were delivered, however there were repeated issues with lateness and missed sessions.
As a result, we mutually agreed to cancel the remaining lessons.
The tutor confirmed in writing that a full refund of £900 would be made by bank transfer. A screenshot was later sent stating the refund had been paid; however, the funds have not been received despite multiple assurances and deadlines.
This has been a very stressful experience and I would advise others to be cautious about paying large amounts in advance.
