If you are looking for a comprehensive mental health assessment from a GP, this service is a 1 hour slot where our private GP will conduct a thorough assessment of your mental health with a resulting diagnosis and management plan. We are a prescribing practice. All our prescriptions are sent electronically.

30 minute appointment with one of our GP's to address your physical or mental health needs. Please note that our consultations are via video consultations; however we can book you into clinic local to you for investigations such as blood tests.

If you are concerned you have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder), we recommend you speak with one of our GP's initially to take you through the pre-screening process. If positive a formal assessment with one of our psychiatrist can be conducted. This typically lasts 90 minutes.

Sometimes a doctors assessment, verification of results is required for visa / employment/ other clearance. Are doctors are trained at this.

The cost of this service is £120.

Kindly note there are additional costs for blood tests.

Our Capacity Assessment service evaluates an individual’s ability to make informed decisions including but not limited to matters pertaining to their health, welfare, or financial matters, in line with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) 2005 and GMC guidance.

Led by experienced consultants, the assessment ensures a thorough and legally compliant evaluation of capacity by following key principles including:
- Understanding the information relevant to the decision in question
- Retaining that information,
- Use or weigh the information to make their decision,
- Communicate their decision.

Our assessment focuses on these key criteria, ensuring the evaluation is clear and compliant

A report will be generated with the outcome of the assessment.

Memory Clinic Service

Our Memory Clinic, led by a Consultant specialized in Old Age Psychiatry, provides a comprehensive assessment for memory concerns through the following steps:

1) Initial Consultation & Medical History Review–
Includes reviewing past medical history and obtaining collateral history
2) Memory Screening Blood Tests- Blood tests to assess any underlying factors , ECG
3) Blood Test Review Detailed Memory Test- Using the Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination to evaluate memory and cognitive function
4) CT or MRI Head Scan – Imaging to further assess any structural issues related to memory concerns, if required
5) Diagnostic Appointment & Management Plan– A full evaluation of results with a personalised management plan
6) Recommended Follow-up Review – For ongoing care and adjustment of the management plan as needed

Memory Clinic Package: £1480 (above included; however, *scan and ECG charged separately if required).

All assessment reports are shared with you and your usual GP for coordinated care with your consent.
