I've been training with Mark for just over a year. I decided to start strength training to improve my general fitness and mobility, and also become stronger. I knew that this was something I couldn't achieve on my own. I responded to one of Mark's ads and went along for a chat with him. I trained twice a week with him for the first year, and achieved some good weight loss, a big difference to my physique and energy levels. I was training for my first marathon but had always suffered calf, lower back hamstring and shoulder pain when training for previous half marathons. It's amazing how many injuries you can get from running slowly in a straight line....... So I asked Mark for help. Mark quickly found the the issues were caused by lack of flexibility and tight hamstrings. Mark tailored our sessions to focus on these areas as well as endurance training to help prevent other issues.
