I’ve been working with Mark for around a year now and to say it’s been beneficial is an understatement.
I decided the time had come to 'restart' and to take my business back.
Throughout and Following the covid pandemic business had become a little patchy and there was lots of 'noise' in and around the business, we were being very reactive to trade and taking on lots of smaller jobs which wasn’t sustaining the business in a manageable and effective way. I was working long hours for very little reward. The business had again taken over and was owning me - instead of me owning the business.
With learnings from Mark, I have been able to get a better understanding of how to own the business, better ways to relationship manage my long term and new clients, and recommendations for integrating different management tools such as central CRM system, to make it all happen. Things are really looking up and my business is in a much better place, allowing me to have a better work life balance. I having run numerous businesses (many of them at the same time) I built up a reputation as a trouble shooter. Sometimes it was the people in the wrong role or lacking training/motivation. Other times the the processes or performance wasn't there
