I am fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Level 3 based in Enfield. My journey with movement started long time ago from pursuing contemporary dance for nearly 15 years, which gave me great understanding of human body both physical and its correlation with our mind.

Mariola is absolutely brilliant! So far have had 5 sessions with her and they have all been well planned out and adjusted for our level. Hard work but very rewarding!

No, I provide outside sessions on the fresh air in local parks where you can get apart from your workout that extra dose of oxygen in your lungs

Outdoor 1 to 1 sessions where is easy to keep social distancing. Sessions on fresh air instead of closed indoor space have so much more benefits for your health and general mental health

Services

I offer individual one to one sessions as well as groups up to 5 people.

During Training we use body and free weights, combining cardio and strength training in a fun, engaging way.
PT sessions take place in local parks and gardens on fresh air for extra oxygen supply😉

Despite of your goal, either you want to loose some extra pounds or toned up, my sessions are perfect for you!
We will do high intensity interval training combining cardio workout with strength one. It will make you sweat and smile at the same time!
We will use body weight/ free weights/ resistance bands/ skipping rope during our workout to help us achieve that ultimate goal of yours.

Postnatal sessions for all new mums who wants to get back in shape, get fitter, healthier and feel better in their own body. Mums are welcome to bring their little one with them and exercise together, take as many breaks as needed for changing, feeding or a little cuddle🙂
