Following the recent storms I was left with holes and broken tiles on my roof. I reluctantly agreed a price with Richard which clearly took advantage of my situation. Unfortunately I couldn't be here when he did the work but he sent me photos of the repairs and I paid him in good faith. Unfortunately he didn't send me photos of all the broken tiles he hadn't replaced, the debris he left on my roof or the pile of rubble he left on my drive. I contacted him to complain and he promised 100% to come back to complete the job the next day. It is now over 2 weeks since he has made the same promise almost daily. I've also found out that one of my neighbours offered him a pile of roof tiles in exchange for him replacing a couple of tiles on his roof. He took the tiles but has never returned to make good on his side of the deal despite promising 100% on a regular basis. More...

due to bad weather I had 7/8 ridge tiles fall and break .my request was answered quickly the job was carried out when arranged in a timely and efficient manor I was very pleased with the service and the work that was carried out would recommend this company for there work

What can I say, Richie and his team where amazing thorough out. I had 120 meters of Fencing I needed replacing from the old tired wooded overlap fence & Richie quoted me to change over to new gravel board fencing. He replaced 23 panels of Gravel board, 23 panels of fences which I ask to be painted on both sides as well as chance of fence gate.
Both myself and my Neighbour were extremely pleased which his and the teams work which was completed in 3 days.
His pricing was also very competitive, he cleared all the rubbish and I highly recommend him & his company for any Fencing or Garden work, including removal of Moss / Weed ect.

I have given Richard and his Men 5 stars because they have been working so hard all day ive never seen anyone work as hard and my fence is wonderful and gives me so much privacy. Honestly if you want an outstanding job done these are just the best men for the job.
I will recommend Maple Leaf Building and landscaping to all my family and friends and anyone else that askes me who did my fence.
The guys even felled my old apple tree that had seen better days and they didnt have to but Richard did me a huge favour.
