What do you love most about your job?
The cake design is more than a job for me, it's my dream my passion. It gives a whole meaning to my existence, I live through my creations.
There is not a day that I don't think about my cakes aiming constantly to take my designs to the next level.
My cakes don't only look amazing but they have a subtle finest taste. I subtly married the flavours of French pastry and English design.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Since I have touched the cake design I have been hooked on it and have not stopped feeding my passion by travelling around the world to learn from the best. continuing thus, I have acquired a solid base by practising and constantly repeating my acquisitions.
