What inspired you to start your own business?
Nichola Matsikidze, the founder of Maison de Frances, was inspired to start her own business by a deep-rooted passion for interior design and a desire to share the rich history of design with a broader audience. Growing up in London, Nichola was drawn to interior design from an early age, influenced by her Architect step dad, who worked in several design projects across the UK. Her exposure to the rich cultural heritage and aesthetic sensibilities of the United Kingdom fuelled her ambition to create spaces that reflect timeless elegance and harmony
