What’s your signature dish?
It has to be our Mac n Cheese. We perfected this recipe over years and get rave reviews about it whenever we serve it.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We start with out base menus to see what is most important to each client and then we adapt them to maximise value for the client while making sure they and their guests get to sample their favourite dishes.
What do you love most about your job?
We love getting to make someone's event perfect by providing high quality, reasonably priced catering.
Finger Buffet
For our finger buffet we offer a choice of the following items as well as a selection of filled sandwiches and wraps from £7.25 per person:

Hot Buffet
Our hot buffet is priced from £7.50 per head. Each option is served with bread, garlic bread or rice as well as a selection of salads, filled sandwiches and wraps.

Fajita Bar
Our fajita bar allows you to choose 2 fillings from steak, chicken, roasted vegetables, or chilli con carne. It is served with sour cream, cheese, salad & homemade guacomole & salsa for your guests to build their own fajitas.
It is priced from £3.80 per person for one wrap, £7.40 per person for two wraps, or £10. 80 per person for three wraps. This is an excellent option as an add on if you wish to combine it with one of our other options.
