My signature dish is either my grandmother's beef bourguignon or my "raspberry macaroon", a giant macaroon for dessert!

"I enjoy speaking with my clients to create the perfect menu. Ma Petite Cocotte is a small catering company, and we're not afraid to cook what you want— not just what we sell! Let me know if you prefer fish, meat, or vegetarian options. If you've tried a canapé or dessert that you liked, I'll do my best to incorporate it into your event menu!"
What do you love most about your job?
It would be easy to say cooking but it is true!
Being in my kitchen and focusing on your event is the best part of my job. I also love meeting new people, either clients or food producers. I enjoy feeding you and your family with the best ingredients possible.

In 2008, I created "Les Gâteaux de Brigitte," specialising in French pastry and small cakes, madeleines, financiers, cannelés, etc. Today, I want to go further by also offering you canapes and balanced and gourmet dishes.
