Mark was communicating before and during the job, giving a clear quote and asking the right questions to understand the job.
Mark let me know his ETA which helped planning with the family and was quick and tidy. He even helped us with some unexpected climbing to reach a light in an awkward place.
Everything looks good and works and we also learnt a lot of new things about electricity in our new house.
