I really enjoy having my pt sessions with Jake he helps me out in all aspects of my training including a whole workout plan, at home diet advice on my posture when I'm using the gym equipment aswell as giving me motivation to go to the gym as much as I can.

Q&As

I have a consultation first to find out the goals what has worked previously what exercise do they like from here? I then advise them on correct nutrition and explain to them why they’ve put on weight in the first place. I also asked for a food diary so I can evaluate their bad habits.

Firstly it is down to nutrition without proper nutrition. You’ll never get your goals. Secondly it’s having the correct training program in place which includes details of the workout rest times and progressions and lastly it is consistency consistency is key

There’s nothing more rewarding than actually changing somebody’s life many of the clients feel that there is no hope for them and for them to actually realise that they were wrong and that there is more to life than have a feel is very rewarding

I have been into fitness since I was 14. I’m now 48 years old and I have a lot of knowledge to pass on to help others and I enjoy helping people.

I differ from most coaches because I sent my nutrition advice around controlling the hormone insulin insulin is responsible for weight gain into so many people and understanding how it works and how to control it is key and is more vital than other coaches approaches. My meal plans are not restrictive so they are sustainable and this is why it works

Services

Over the course of 90 days I will put together a workout schedule tailor made for each client. The workouts will be inline with then clients own likes.

Nutrition advice and support is also available and this is all available through our easy to use app. The app makes accountability, and communication seamless with easy to use pictures and videos included to show you exactly how to perform the exercise. To monitor progress just video yourself and send the video through the app.

The app is a tool you can use for 24/7 support

A full refund is available if before 30 days your unsatisfied , or if by 90 days you’ve not hit your target and you’ve completed 90%of training, I will continue to train you for free until your happy.
