The transaction was extremely smooth, I met with Alvan and Abigail who were absolutely lovely they came to me for a complimentary consultation and asked me questions about what I expected the outcome to be they have me professional advice on how I could best use the space and helped me to design a salon that was high end luxury as this was what I wanted to go for. What’s your interior design process?
After an initial introductory phone call, we arrange for a home visit to have a scope of works in real time and space. Measurements are taken dependant on what works are being carried out. We would briefly talk about spatial awareness, likes and dislikes and colour schemes. This can then all be brought together by an optional 3D render, unless that is the main request itself.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Grand Design played a huge part in shaping our future. Also frequent visits to historic buildings throughout London such as the Natural History Museum no doubt brought great inspiration for interior design but also the love of architecture.

We are exceptionally keen on perfection. But most times it is easier said than done by many professionals but the difference in our approach is we take necessary steps to make the impossible possible within reason and also provide realistic expectations to our clients.

We do provide an online service, which is our 3D rendering and 3D modelling service as it is a digital service. Although video communication can be provided, we however believe working with real people so as to provide the best service. What can we say, we love meeting people!
