I don't like giving bad reviews, especially for small businesses but I am extremely unimpressed with the service, that cost me £230. A car DETAIL, not a car wash. I paid for full inside and outside valet, stone chip correction and stain removal on the seats. To start, the pair turned up in crocs, no uniform and generally looked untidy and unprofessional. They took 5 hours when it was meant to be 3, which I thought meant the job would be pristine, it was not and they just kept their whole working area a mess. Meaning bottle caps and broken plugs (which i assume were not pat tested as they blew the fuses in my kitchen) were left all over my drive. These may seem like petty points, but when I've forked out that much hard earned cash, on something I've been excited for may I add, this is unacceptable. After the job was done, silicone spray was all over my windows, chips had been missed, there were swirl marks and water marks left inside and out and generally left the car about as well as I could've done it myself. They also managed to take a rear seat mat with them somehow, however, this was returned the next day. If I had paid £80/100 for a car wash, I'd be delighted, but I paid £230 for a detail I didn't get. The owner was polite enough about it but I feel it's only fair to share my experience so the company can grow and so that others don't get that same missfortune, very very upset. I was offered the have the work corrected but I'm very particular about my car and I wont be trusting them with it again, and a £20 refund which is a joke compared to what I paid. I would highly recommend this company if you would like a top notch valet for your car. Today they valeted our 15 year old Volvo and did such a good job it looked brand new. They spent many hours cleaning every nook and cranny, even scraping out moss and algae from crevices. The interior was spotless afterwards, not a trace or mud or grime and the exterior shone. Omg these guys are amazing. I own a chauffeuring company in Kent and my vehicles looking immaculate is a must for the business. When George contacted me he fully knew what skills and experience you need as a Detailer, he was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I have various Audi A8lwb chauffeuring vehicles so I booked in the first one on Wednesday for not only a professional polish but also I went full out with the ceramic coating to protect the paint work and keep the beautiful shine this car seemed to have lost. I was met by John at the secure location where again met with amazing professional Customer service truly lovely guys with attention to every detail. I picked up the car this morning and wow it’s as good as new , looks like it’s just come out the factory. Full Detailed Valet
This service goes well beyond that of your local hand wash, bringing your car back to looking like new.
We not only get in all the crevices of your vehicle such as wheel arches, under seats, boot lids and trays, but we do it in a careful way to ensure no damage such as swirls or scratches to your car.
This service includes :
- Pre Wash, Clean and Dry
- Interior and Exterior Glasses Cleaned
- Wheels, Tyres and Arches Cleaned
- Tyres Shined
- All Plastics Redressed To Black
- Exterior Hydrophobic Coating Applied
- Interior Vacuuming Including Hard To Reach Crevices
- Sanitising And Wiping Of All Upholstery
- Cleaning Of Door Jams
- Air Sanitiser Sprayed
If there are any stains, odours or scratches that need removing we can quote for this specifically relating to the size of the issue.
Hand Polishing
This service includes everything within our 'Full Detailed Valet' service, with us then decontaminating and hand polishing the vehicle to achieve a mirror like shine.
This is perfect for getting your car back to looking like new, if however, your car has a number of swirls of minor scratches, it will be a machine polish to obtain that new car look again.
Machine Polishing
This includes everything in our 'Full Detailed Valet' service, as well as a decontamination and Stage 1 or Stage 2 Machine Polish, depending on the condition of your paintwork. This service will bring your car back to new, removing minor scratches and swirls in order to achieve this.
As a general rule of thumb, your car will require a Stage 1 Machine Polish if it has a minor scratches, it can also remove very minor swirls, if your car has moderate scratches or swirls, this will require Stage 2 Machine Polishing, we can provide 1-1 support on which service your vehicle requires for the result you wish to achieve.
Ceramic Coating
This is the pinnacle of car detailing packages, this will not only bring your car looking brand new, but it will also provide benefits of keeping it cleaner for longer as well as making it significantly easier to clean, not to mention the protection benefits it provides.
Our Ceramic Coating packages include our 'Full Detailing Valet' service, then we decontaminate the exterior, carry out a Machine Polish to achieve a mirror like shine of the paintwork, then finally we apply the Ceramic Coating itself.
We offer Ceramic Coatings that last 1, 3, 5, or 7 years
