Since starting my fitness journey with Lukas, I've noticed incredible changes both in my physique and mental health.
His training sessions are fun, firm and factual, where he provides important tips/guidance to ensure you're executing your execises in the correct way to avoid any injuries.
His motivation and advanced knowledge in health, fitness and wellbeing is excellent, and has been instrumental in helping me transform my entire lifestyle. With his continued support, I've lost 4cm off my waist and dropped from 83kg to 77kg (and counting) since starting my PT programme with him in September.
He has also become a good friend and I can't wait to achieve my fitness goals with him this year. Highly recommend!

Lukas is an awesome PT! He is very knowledgeable, and great at motivating you to push your limits while ensuring you're comfortable and confident.

Making sure that clients set achievable goals is a great way to inspire them in their fitness journey. Be patient, be supportive and be ready to adjust the plan as needed. Doing this will help keep them motivated, boost their confidence and help them stay on track to reach their desired results.
