I love seeing the positive changes in my clients’ confidence, health, and mindset as they progress toward their fitness goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coming from a corporate background, I experienced firsthand how long hours of sitting can lead to poor posture, muscle atrophy, and a disconnect from how our bodies are meant to move. My love for sport and movement drove me to reclaim my health with the right knowledge—and now I help others do the same. I’m passionate about showing people what their bodies are truly capable of. I also love competing, which led me to specialise in Hyrox training—helping clients enter their first race or smash their personal bests.
