What inspired you to start your own business?
We have worked for some of the most successful and highly regarded architects in London and Europe, and some fantastic award winning projects for theatres, large tech companies, developers, hotel chains and private clients.
But at a certain point - we just wanted to create something of our own. At LSD Architects, we're proud of how far we've come but we're even more excited to see what's around the corner.
Why should our clients choose you?
We design in a 3D environment enabling our clients to instantly visualise theirs and our ideas. We illustrate the quality of light and how it changes, different materials and how they feel, and how the overall design impresses. We also think great design includes being rational with all resources, be it the budget or the environment.

Initial ideas
We can help you develop a brief for your project and then produce sketches that can be used to help explain your plans to planners, neighbours and anyone else who will listen!
Concept design
We can produce architectural layouts based on your brief, and create immersive 3D images that will show you what your dream project will look and feel like.
Planning submission
We can liase with the planners to help de-risk projects, and we can prepare and submit a planning application on your behalf that includes all the necessary drawings and documents required to achieve planning permission first time.
Building regulations
We can lead a design team - with structural engineers, services consultants, landscape designers and many more - and help ensure all elements of the design will be compliant with the lastest UK building regulations.
Find a builder
We can produce technical drawings of the design for tender, and help you interview and select the best builder for your project at a competitive price.
Project management
We can help ensure a smooth construction phase, visiting site and liasing with builders while your buidling is being built.
Contract adminstration
We can help you manage the contract bewteen you an your builder, including inspecting the work and releasing payments.
Health and Saftey
We can fulfil the role of Principal Designer on your project.
