We strongly recommend the services of Hegarty Construction based on our interactions with the these guys for more than 10 years (since 2009). Our single point of contact during the period is Mick or romayo. They has successfully carried out works of varying complexity on our property. One example that stands out was there help to solve a longstanding problem. We had engaged other Sub contractors including an expert prior but the issue remain unresolved. Romayo diagnosed the cause of the issue and successfully implemented their proposed solution. Pat installed scaffolding, removed the roof tiles, introduced insulation material into the void space of the roof and replaced the roof tiles. The solution worked perfectly and the integrity of the roof remain intact. They has also helped us with remodeling parts of the house and carried out repairs over the years. We have found Mick to be knowledgeable, and reliable. We live overseas and handle all our interactions with them remotely. Having a Development trusted and reliable company ourself has made our life easier with these trusted tradesmen working for us as we be abroad most of year.

Michael was prompt, courteous and very good. The only reason I have not awarded 5 stars is that his work is yet to be tested by heavy rain.

It was raining in my kitchen, and I had called a roofer who quoted a fortune and said the job could not be done for two months. I called these guys blind from a Trusted Trader Site Patrick replied, came round the next day and did the job immediately. That night there was heavy rain and not a drop came through. They explained everything, took videos and photographs and didn't mind climbing up 86 stairs. The carpets had been cleaned throughout the flat, and they left no marks. Pat and Jeff came to our rescue when our builder let us down by cancelling a week before he was supposed to start work. They pulled out all the stops to get our garage conversion completed in record time, arranging carpenter, plasterers and even carpet fitter at the shortest of notice and seeing the job through perfectly. I Would use them again.
