How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I aim to plan training session around my clients likes and dislikes, incorporating training that is effective and sustainable to achieve their desired goal. Exercise should be fun!

What inspired you to start your own business?
I love having my own business and being able to offer a bespoke service to each client. The fitness industry is a very faddy industry to work in, with quick fixes being offered to readerly. I find it so rewarding to see clients reach their goals in the most straight forward way, with results that are sustainable.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I prefer not to work online, I feel as a PT this does not work particularly well as it is hard to fully observe what my client is doing in regards to technique. Although for existing clients, I am always on the end of the phone for questions, support and motivation .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am currently, by law allowed to work with one client in a park or public place. Equipment is sanitised and social distancing is in place
