Rob from Loft Guard came to see us with regard to insulating our loft which has not been done for 50 years !
He was warm & friendly from the outset.
He looked at the job first, explained the materials, advised us the best place for the boarding and how it would be done and then said they would assist us with any stuff we couldn’t remove ourselves.
We were very happy with the quote, so arranged a date to go ahead with the work.
Mark & Wayne arrived on time and took care to put protective coverings on the carpets. They made short work of removing the remaining rubbish, even breaking up a very old, heavy chair and reducing hefty boxes to more manageable pieces !
They worked really hard and solidly, with no tea breaks…….explaining everything they were doing and taking pics on their phones to SHOW us how the loft looked at the different stages.
They were a pleasure to have in the house, helpful & friendly…….and always willing to answer our questions.
They cleaned up and hoovered after themselves and squeezed as much of our ancient rubbish as they could into their van to take to the tip, which was incredibly helpful to us.
The loft and boarding look fabulous, we are really chuffed ! We would not hesitate to recommend Rob, Mark & Wayne to everyone wanting excellent and professionally carried out work ! A great team, great job😀 THANK YOU.

My experience of working with Loft Guard was primarily one of satisfaction - both of knowing what they were talking about and the professional manner in which the initial survey and the subsequent work was carried out. He was extremely thorough with his advise and for all of the options available for replacing the insulation in the loft and the area to have boarded.
